While I support this all the way, this bill will most likely remain a bill :-(

I wish law enforcement could use some common sense with respect to civil forfeiture. If Jim has $100,000 and he says it's for a school...call the freaken school. Do some discovery work upfront. Instead, it's "nope, we win, you lose."
