Well, that's a question with every candidate so you really can throw it out as an issue since they are all vulnerable. I have one litmus test... the most small govt candidate. Right now it's Cruz and Rand Paul.

I haven't once thrown myself into that group. I've never once voted based on gay marriage or any other social issue.

Ted Cruz is against eminent domain but is for it when it comes to helping private oil and gas companies.
