You are splitting hairs. If Trump, a private citizen, was being taped by an Obama Administration without due cause and for reasons beyond the limits of the FISA order then SWHTF. Considering when it occurred (at the conclusion of a General Election for POTUS) then things could get very ugly for a lot of people.

These bozos never thought that it would get to the point where law and order would come into play: if the wiretaps were even legal.
That is why we gotsta get those warrants reviewed and see if all this shite was done correctly. What exactly was allowed to be monitored at Trump Tower?
It better be some serious shite Trump was up to, because a FISA warrant is nothing to take lightly. To get one entails terrorist activity and a danger to national security. Must have solid evidence that a suspect is a foreign agent if he is American.
