Yes, I read it.
The head of the district said that she didn't know whether it was a school official or Jostens that ordered it censored. However, even it was Jostens, they may still be considered a government actor under the First by virtue of that contractual relationship with the public school

I remember one year they had to recall and reissue the Gumbo at LSU. But that wasn't because of a political message....it was because one of the photos had a frat dude with his Wang hanging out. No clue how the editor didn't catch that one, but it was pretty damn funny!!
