Weird all around. Why was there no other dudes there to return fire? I've seen video of the guy running around the building?
How long was the shooter alive after he fired his shots? If one guy went nuts on a security detail and killed the person they are protecting and shouted Muslim shite afterward, aren't there a few other dudes there just as trained to kill the guy?
But yeah, lack of blood is not shocking. Big dude and big chest cavity and a suit.
Took care of a girl who killed herself with dads 9mm right to her mid chest. She was pale (dead) and had a big belly (full of blood), but outside it looked no worse than a cigar burn.
Also had a kid (he lived) shot in the chest with a nail gun with finishing nails. Nail was in the boys heart. I questioned whether anything happened at all. The boys wound was under and inside the left nipple. I've cut myself worse shaving.

Don't think he was getting up after being hit with those gunshots. The balloon though does add a certain laugh-ability with the stupidity of this sick individual.
