Yes i do live here and Tampere is another really nice place. Would trade my city for either one of those in a heartbeat.
But damn, it was only a matter of time until this happened. They just allowed too many of them here too fast without proper vetting. What did Finland do to deserve this? They have treated them better than most European countries.
Saddest part of all this (other than the murder) is that the perpetrator will probably serve less than 5 years.

Years ago there was a female police officer shot on her first day on the job by a sniper. She was in the hospital for nearly 5 years, and the guy that shot her served like 1 or 2 years.
A few months ago a cop in the town I live in shot and killed a guy on the highway. Facebook, the Police website, the local news was all full with prejudice messages about the cop and him being like American cops and taking justice into his own hands. The libs were losing their minds. Then they found out the next day that the cop shot the guy because the guy caused a car accident and was about to stab the person he ran off the road. Then the libs stfu about it.
Here you spend more time in jail for evading taxes than murder or rape.
