Spinoff: What's wrong with the KKK holding a meeting on a college campus?

I'd like to first start by saying I'm NOT an advocate of the KKK or any other group that teaches hate as the basis of their existence. I had an uncle that was in the Klan that did unspeakable things and I get joy knowing he's roasting in Hell.
Having gotten that out of the way, why would this be a problem? Either we have free speech or we don't.
What's the deal?

They would treat them like they treat Milo.

Nothing. Except you might not be able to find enough members to have a meeting.
Next question.
Next question.

Legally nothing.
Fact: communists and communism have killed more people than the kkk. Why aren't they treated like the kkk?

Apparently the folks at Bowling Green thought it was a life changing event.

quote:Sure, but the University has a right to ban things that would do harm to its reputation. A Klan meeting would probably do a good job of that.

You'd probably end up with multiple agencies investigating each other's agents.

Well i dont think it is too big of a mystery why this would trouble the community.. In your own post you stated that your own flesh and blood can rot in hell based on being associated with such a group... So it appears clear that you see the personal need to condemn them
...and yet.... This thread.

Because communism has been spun into something romantic and the KKK is literally Hitler.
Note: I have lived my whole life, nearly 50 years, in the south, much of it in small towns with a lot of racists. I have never known a KKK member or even knew someone who knew someone in the KKK.

College campuses openly allow members of the Communist party to hold meetings.
How many millions have communists killed? Between Mao and Stalin alone it's in the tens of millions.
College campuses openly allow members of Islam to hold meetings.
How many millions have Islamists killed in the name of their cause?
