Breitbart is not a news outlet. They do not report "the news" but rather they provide political commentary from a consistent conservative vantage. Their is no presumption of "unbiasness" unlike CNN.
Breitbart, unlike CNN, has never hidden their leanings, hence no fraud.

When CNN was caught in WikiLeaks cheating for candidates and openely discussing giving out debate questions and allowing candidates to basically write their own articles then I can no longer consider them press.
