[the skinheads immediately quiet down]There's nothin' funny goin' on here! This is about your life and mine; it's about decent, hard working Americans falling through the cracks and getting the shaft because their government cares more about the constitutional rights of a bunch of people who aren't even citizens of this country! On the Statue of Liberty it says "give me your tired your hungry, your poor..." well it's Americans who are tired and hungry and poor, and I say until you take care of that, close the fricking book! 'Cause we're losing, we're losing our right to pursue our destiny, we're losing our freedom, so that a bunch of fricking foreigners can come in here and exploit our country! And this isn't something that's going on far away, this isn't something that's happening places we cant do anything about it, it's happening right here, right in our neighborhood, right in that building behind you. Archie Miller ran that grocery store since we were kids here. Dave worked there, Mike worked there... He went under and now some frickin' Korean owns it who fired these guys and is making a killing cause he hired 40 frickin' border jumpers..I see this shite going on and I don't see anyone doing anything about it...and it frickin' pisses me off!! So look around you,this isn't our frickin' neighborhood this is a battlefield we are on a battlefield tonight..make a decision: are we gonna stand by the sidelines quietly standing while our country gets raped? "(Skinheads:) frick no!" Are we gonna ante-up and do something about it? "(Skinheads:) frick YEAH!" You're goddamn right we are!
The skinheads go off the rails in the following scene, but does anyone else see a lot of Trumpisms in that speech? Especially "they're laughing at us" and "we're losing".
Btw I support Trump, I just thought this was interesting.

trump just hammered home very basic things that voters could associate him with. jobs, repeal Obamacare, kill terrorists.
i'm not saying trump was laying down specifics as to why he was that candidate, but it's not really hard to figure out why she lost. she went all in on identity politics and this time, the democrats thought voters were fair game too.

The overall point of the movie is to point out how a pissed off kid can turn into a crazy racist bastard. And he learns his lesson in the end. It's actually a great movie that still brings up a lot of tough issues we are still dealing with today.

What legit concerns? California benefits from illegals. Take illegals out and California would take a hit. They want to keep illegals because it's their own version of modern day slavery.
