Not exactly, the bill is sponsored by Republicans but it mainly says that if you knowingly continue to post false/defamatory statements even after a court has said they are false or you are provided information that a reasonable person would accept as proof then you can face penalties.
The reasonable person thing is problematic to me.

I am going off of what a few people have said on both sides, and it seems pretty broad. It also had a provision that they could bring a suit in any County, which is absurd. That has since been changed.
I haven't read the actual bill.
FYI, BOTH Trump and Desantis have been pushing for this for awhile.
