Solution for Dreamers

I've continually heard many people saying that we can't kick out the Dreamers because most of them grew up their whole childhood here and don't even know or never set foot in their family's country of origin. While that's a sad thought on an individual basis, it is not an excuse to ignore law breaking.
I have a proposal however:
Dreamers that arrived under the age of of 12 years old and have since remained in the US for at least a total of 5 years or more shall be granted partial permanent residence status. Any child that has not been in the US at least 5 years at the time of enactment of this law, shall be removed to their native land. What does that mean? It is some rights granted to permanent residents with several key things removed:
1) No path to citizenship, period. Which means no voting rights at all.
2) Cannot grant a spouse any legal status through marriage nor to children that were not born in the US.
3) You cannot use any governmental services unless you are working and paying taxes above what you consume (i.e. you can't net take from the government).
4) You have no right to sponsor any family members for any form of immigration to the US.
5) Parents that brought the child(ren) to the US will be immediately deported if here and will never be allowed to re-enter the US for any reason short of legitimate assylum/refugee claims.
These are some examples of how this can work without completely kicking them out but limiting the benefit they get from breaking the law. It's a work in progress but can also be a starting point to limit the abuse of the system while showing some semblance of compassion.

Sounds complicated. Just kick them all out and let them see what the homelands they love are like.

We want to be citizens! We've been here for decades. Almost our entire lives!
You should apply for citizenship!
Takes too long ain't nobody got time for that!

Exactly. Most of them, I'm told, are smart, educated and employable. They're going to do great in their home countries. Imagine the progress Mexico would make if we would simply release the best and brightest back to their homeland.

This is similar to Paul's plan but incorporates more of the details involved.
Furthermore, I don't think punishing potential future immigrants doing things the right way is fair because others broke the law.
The trick is to enforce the laws on the books, but just as when if I sponsor a spouse or parent for a green card/permanent resident status, they cannot use any federal entitlements or resources. I think if you do this and enforce the laws outright, you can have a reasonable compromise.

Absolutely. The young ones here should be let in the right way. They didn't have a choice.

If I understand this, your plan is to send their parents home (people who had a choice) without their children? That seems harsh. Who's going to raise all those kids?

Just because the parents broke the law there is no reason to give the kids a free pass.
If we were talking about drug dealers nobody would be thinking this way. If someone gets caught selling drugs, do you think their kids should get to keep the house, cars and stuff? The parents criminal act is what allowed this child to have the life they know but it is not right.
They have to go back. If they were born here they can either go back with their parents and return upon their 18th birthday (without their parents) or they can stay in the country if their parents find someone who is a citizen or at least here legally to be their legal guardian.
If the child was born in another country they must leave with their criminal parents.
