It’s too late. They’re stuck with him. Unless he keels over. Which can literally happen any second. But my god, Kamala? That would be hilarious. Not haha hilarious either. I honestly wonder why/how there hasn’t been a serious attempt on a president or candidate in 40 years. It’s about due. Just saying. We all know Obama and his cronies are running shite anyway and they’re not gonna let Trump win whatever it takes.

I don't think they're going to have a choice. They never wanted Biden in the first place. Obama's pic was Harris, but she was polling at less than 2% in December of 2019 when she dropped out of the primary race before a single vote was even cast. Harris's wildly unpopular, and the Obama's miscalculated by trying to have her involved.
They all knew that Biden was impossibly compromised, but with James clyburn's help in South Carolina he was the only candidate who could get some measure of traction.

Pretty much it. The country is being run by committee now anyway. Not by one executive with the ultimate call. It would continue to be ran by committee in another term while all Biden has to to is write his name on the line. If he can’t do that? They will get an ink stamp.

And Jim Clyburn agreed to do that in exchange for Biden selecting Harris for his VP. So right there it would be brushing Clyburn aside by throwing his girl Harris away and breaking the “deal.” If Clyburn had enough sway in the black community to essentially get Biden nominated, then he doesn’t sound like someone who as a Democrat you’d want to make an enemy of. To me there just seems to be a pile of disastrous elements awaiting the Democrats’ decision to go that route. Therefore I for one hope they do.

Michelle doesn't want to give up her lifestyle & have to campaign in the unwashed masses of the fly over states that she thinks she is far too good for. Kamala is an imbecile & will be paid off. He definitely wouldn’t play well to those blue collar and/or union types in the all important midwestern swing states. That video of him and all his buddies in the uppitiest of upscale restaurants in SF the same week he issued orders forbidding everyone else from doing such, playing on a loop, will be fantastic. If they were to somehow screw up badly enough to go that route, not only will he be defeated by Trump but he will also have destroyed his potential for 2028. I say go for it.

The left warned in 2004 and 2008 that Republicans would do this. The right warned in 2012 and 2016 that Democrats would do this. The left was certain in 2020 the Republicans would use COVID as an excuse to do this.

Rich Trau does a lot of voter focus groups. He thinks if either party runs a younger candidate they’ll win easily.

While very true and the same is true of Biden's record when the opponent is Trump that all goes out the window. Nobody motivates Dems to vote more than Trump. People that normally wouldn't vote will vote since the opponent is Trump despite any 'record'. There was a large segment of voters in 2020 who were not voting for Biden they were voting against Trump. It was very real.
