Re the "million dollar a plate fund raiser", I am curious if you, OP, are aware of just how many millions Hillary's Wall St & Silicone Valley IT people donated to her lost cause? Check out which candidate spent the most money..which was not her own.

Unless the PDB changes I don't think even Obama gets them frequently. People were angered at Obama a lot because he failed at his foreign policy completely. Can you say Arab Spring and the Iran Deal? So after awhile... Obama gave the true impression he didn't care about anything but domestic racial and cultural divide, with full race-baiting as the ME exploded.
Every inauguration has hefty prices and pomp and circumstance. I think it is ridiculous but it is what it is.
