Not sure why I will bother doing this ,but here it goes.
This issue was addressed in a different thread earlier today. The videos are out of context. The applicable law states that the comments have to be germane to the topic/agenda item. The first two speakers comments were made during an agenda item unrelated to the police department in any way. As a result they were immediately removed. The third person made here comments during an agenda item regarding a bill pending in the legislature that would allow the Mayor of BR to fire the Chief of Police without cause. The initial statement made by the speaker clearly relates to this topic. She is not removed until she transitions to the AS shooting. The other speakers also spoke on non police items.
Hope you realize that you were catfished by creative video editing that combined videos of multiple people speaking at different times on different topics.

I know the video was edited. However they also continue to tell her she was not speaking on topic. Turd Ferguson already stated why she was not allowed to speak. I am fine with that. You have a good day as well

Wrong. She was on the same exact topic that all of the speakers were.
You can see the video was edited when she got up to speak. I watched the meeting live.
She got up to talk on the agenda item regarding making the Police Chief position unclassified so the Mayor can replace the chief at will and without cause.
When she first got up she started speaking about the police which you can hear in the Chambers' video you linked and which was somewhat related to the Police Chief item on the agenda. It appeared she was going to tie her remarks to the Police Chief issue.
As soon as she mentioned Alton Sterling, the chair of the council interrupted her and told her to speak about the police chief item on the agenda and not about Alton Sterling. When she persisted in talking about Alton Sterling she was immediately removed.
The two men got up to speak when the agenda item being discussed was about a sewer back up that had damaged some homes and the council was debating paying damages to the homeowners. They said nothing about the sewer issue and immediately launched into the Alton Sterling incident.
You're either a liar or a fool for taking Chambers' edited video as factual as to the order of the meeting.

No. I am sure is it at BR.gov or somewhere like that. I think they have a YouTube channel. I only Watch the videos from Gary Chambers Editing and Productions, LLC.
