I get the sense that a lot of people around here are only getting the right-wing spin and haven't bothered to read the document released.
Comey states that after these meetings he immediately met with his investigative team to reiterate what was said.
If it came to it, that team's testimony on what Comey told them could be compared with these statements and the memos themselves to check for any discrepancies.
This is also a person(Comey) that has a history of meticulous and credible note taking that has been used prior to solve disputes back in the Bush administration where Comey and Mueller had disagreements with the Bush administration about discussions involving the use of torture. From an organization that has a culture of meticulous note taking as a requirement of the job.

I would say he is testifying under oath tomorrow to their existence and what was contained in them, and that lying about it could get him jail time. But Jeff Sessions proved that lying under oath to congress really doesn't mean much these days as long as you just come up with some vague excuse.

Read my other post at the top of the page.
In his written testimony he states that after the conversations with Trump he met immediately with his team. Told them about it.
If it came to that, and his team was asked to testify, any discrepancies would emerge.
If Comey wasn't confident or had knowingly changed aspects of his story, it would be beyond stupid to offer up unprovoked that aspect of the story.
