That's great, but about a year ago someone posted a poll of which candidate small business owners thought would be best for small business.

Trump understandably won; however, something like a third of small business owners listed Hillary as the best candidate.

In other words, I'm not sure how well they actually assess these situation as a collective as evidenced by the surprising listing of Hillary.

The industry my family's business operates in has been sitting on mountains of cash these past eight years fearing the overreach of obama's EPA.

We're dusting off our expansion plans and there is little doubt our competitors are likely doing the same as I type.

Hillary is relatively conservative for a Democrat. Small businesses did well under Bill.

And you have to take the specific industry into account. Hillary would be bad for the energy sector and medical providers, but not for homebuilders.

The fact that it was ever 98.4% speaks volumes about why this is the greatest country on earth....OPTIMISM!

The elections are always unsettling...no matter what when they are over and things are more "known" optimism is bound to increase......

Any substance to those fears that were realized over 8 years or did y'alls unfounded fears prevent you from making 8 years worth of returns?

And of course all polls this years were honest and accurate.

Would not shock me if support for Hillary was overstated like it was in a lot of polling. Trump's energy, EPA, and infrastructure stances has a lot of friends.

They have an idea in their head and it's virtually impossible to change it. Just let them think it.

You are correct, that is why the EPA has backed off coal and set it's sights squarely on natural gas and fracking, its not a coincidence, they just following the money to continue their shakedowns.

False.
Stoppers were placed on Nat Gas as well.

During Obama's tenure, his EPA has published over 3,900 rules, averaging almost 500 annually, equating to over 33,000 new pages in the Federal Register.

There have been Billions and Billions of EPA compliance costs added under Obama. Growth of those costs has averaged more than $50Bn/yr since Obama took office.

Now if you don't think 33,000 pages of new regs and $400Bn in new compliance costs has economic effect, I don't know what to tell you.
