He literally called up Graham and Johnson and told them exactly which vertebrae he'd slip the knife between and they're like "okay, if you say so"

Congratulations to Republicans for taking ownership of the death spirals while doing absolutely nothing else

Love that line of thinking.

Dems build an aircraft plagued with fatal defects that is augering into the ground, but the crash will be the GOP's fault because it tried to patch a wing that was about to fall off before it hits.

Yeah, don't think it's going to play that way come midterms.

You can cry all you want, but I'm telling you what the ads will say and what the voters will hear. Once you pass a bill that you call "repeal" (and Trump will absolutely throw a parade for this bill as a relief from his own dumpster fires) you own the premium hikes.

They were better off giving up and just shoveling more dirt on Obamacare.

They did it with the Housing crisis, and blamed Bush for not fixing it, and blamed him for the recession it caused, and they will do it with Healthcare....

well, when you have 7 years to build a better aircraft, YOURSELF, maybe you should fly that one instead... unless, you DON'T have a better aircraft, to which, i would question, why don't you have a better one, especially when you claim you have great blueprints and the best aeronautical engineers the world has ever seen...

Trying to fix it is a losers bargain.

Or for the entrenched two party system... a win win

Oh, I have absolute confidence in the stupidity of the American voter. Some are just smart enough to see through the bullshite.

I could see Trump vetoing it as being complete shite.

There was absolutely no way at all they were going to live down failing to repeal ObamaCare after they promised their voters for 7 years they would repeal it if they got all 3 branches.

Depressed based happen when people don't want to vote for liars that don't keep their promises.

1) I am not throwing roses at the GOP. It is clear those worthless frickers had no intention or plan - which is part of their hostility to Trump since he is forcing their hand.

BUT

2) The GOP could have proposed the "perfect" plan and the reaction of Dems would be the exact same (killing millions, 10s of millions losing coverage, cruel and heartless, etc.).

frick both of them.
