Seems like the military could straighten a lot of those frick ups out, but then again, it may not be such a good idea; for obvious reasons.

I mean, if we reinstitute the draft, the shite has hit the fan, so I can see it under the right conditions. For a peacetime draft, though we'll probably never see one again, hell no.
