Should CNN be sued for inciting riots and for cop killings?

They perpetuated the whole "Hands Up Don't Shoot" lie, for example. They are essentially a terrorist organization at this point, the way they outright lie and incite violence.
At a minimum they incited the murder of policemen around the country.
Can we prosecute CNN?

Why not? Name me one business entity in this country that can't be sued. Media shouldn't get a free pass. If not to stem erroneous reporting by filing a lawsuit then the FCC sure as hell ought to have some kind of standard to control the situation.
