I think it is clear relative to what he committed to do with respect to the 1,100 jobs in Indiana. The 1,100 jobs they will have at the end of this is what was referenced and expected.
Still, keep cheering the job loss though. Real winning for your side. Boy, it's all about getting Trump for you.
Where were you and WaPo during the previous administration. Conventienly absent.

So 700 - 632 = 68. So Trump saved 68 jobs esentially. I am not here to fight, I want to know the facts.
Certainly doesn't look good.

That's the point! Everyone knew saving those jobs was impossible without some sort of kickback/gov bailout. People don't ship jobs overseas/to Mexico because they hate America. They do it because it's cheap. Trump supporters ignored this and celebrated because they won the day's news cycle.
Bottom line: Trump promises to save the jobs. He didn't. But you refuse to hold him accountable.

You seem to conveniently forget that the original issue was over closure of the entire plant, which didn't happen because of the deal brokered with the state and Trump. Carrier has to keep the plant open for ten (10) years or Carrier returns the $7M incentives.
You really need to try harder, but continue to celebrate in the spirit of "getting" Trump.
