Stopped in to buy some paint today. While waiting for it to mix, I started looking at a poster on the back wall. To my surprise it’s a “pride” and “esg” poster showing employees rights and privileges. Just how fricking far is this crap gonna go? Ridiculously high paint costs pisses me off, but then see that really just… a friggin paint store.

They probably mixed in a little tranny water while you weren't looking.

Do they offer a discount for the colors on the pride flag?

White paint costs double. The price will offset buckets of color, which is only fair.

Unfortunately ESG is required to do business these days once your company gets to a certain size. These corporations are all slaves to Blackrock. You can't just go to the competition, PPG and Benjamin Moore have to do the same thing.

It really is a bit of a mind blown moment once you realize every single major company (literally ever fortune 500 and beyond) is completely owned and controlled by these outside forces who own and control and distribute all the capital.

I challenge anyone to find one major corporation who doesn't bow down to ESG, even Fox News is controlled by ESG, and that's why they had to fire Tucker. This is why Bud Light had to use Dylan Mulvaney for the ad campaign and still won't apologize despite losing billions.

This is not even close to what Adam Smith imagined free markets would look like.

The devil worshippers control all these corporations. At one point they ware just the bankers. And their tentacles have been spreading for centuries.

I used to think all this woke stuff was just annoying pandering trying to appeal to certain groups. But then alot of these campaigns just did not make any sense whatsoever.

You think painting contractors who buys paint, are down with the rainbow or climate shite? But those are just the consumers, they do not control the market forces as they ideally should, it's a few large mega financiers.

The south Louisiana district manager quit/retired early last year because of this shite. He went to work for a coating installer and stole his replacement and the logistic manager for this area. They left cushy jobs they had to go work for a much smaller company. One of the sales managers also quit last week. I’ve been buying from them for over 30 years and the service has gone to shite.

Benjamin Moore recognizes that we have social, environmental and economic responsibilities to our stakeholders. We are invested in reducing our impact on the planet, offering a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees, and giving back where we live and work.

From the Benjamin Moore corporate report. If you have seen one ESG statement you have seen them all. They are just one box being checked in order to gain that social score and favorable view of Blackrock, Vanguard, etc.

Sherwin Williams is doing the same……with the big companies, in their view, this is the only way to do business or be effectively canceled. Some believe this crap, for others it’s like being hostage.

I work in O&G. It's hard to find a liberal/progressive here. Pretty common to hear conservative talk out in the open with no fear of consequences. Even still, we take ESG training dictated by the corporate level.

I went to a weed shop and listened to two cruise ship employees (one was a gay dude, obviously and the other a fat bob haired woman) take up useless time trying to buy "indigenous" weed.

They felt guilty buying from white shops.

Try a locally owned hardware store. I found a great one that does a good job mixing paint. The owner wears a MAGA hat.
