I keep calling Mueller's office telling 'em I've got all the answers, but he's not taking my calls. I think Bonds is right - somebody's gotten to Mueller.

There is no question about that. Nobody (except you) denies that. Collusion isn't illegal, though.

If you want to use the term in its technical sense sure. Most people use it colloquially though as a catch-all term. I personally don’t like using the word and try to avoid it when I can.
