She ultimately wants to give people choices which brings it to the most local level. I don't believe for a second that she is going to try to legislate crao like Common Core to my child's school.....when many of the local educators say it's not worth the paper it's written on. That's what we've been through here recently. This is why the department needs to go away.
Jesus H Christ himself couldn't have succeeded with what she was trying to do in Detroit. She took a stab and something no one was willing to touch with a 30 ft pole and failed big time.....not really shocking.

The federal dept of education doesn't do anything beneficial for the education of your children.

That unless the department is shut down....we won't know a damn thing about what she does whether it is good or bad.

That would mean we wouldn't receive the lucrative financial benefits offered by Team Obama. Again, why is federal government even spending the money to build this standard? Why are we running this department?
