I agree, let's slam 10 judges that care about the law on the court.

If the Democrats/liberals freaked out over POTUS Donald Trump appointing 1 conservative, can you imagine their reaction to 3 or 4?

Some woman called into Rush last week or so and said He could somehow legally pick 2 more now, making it 11...if he wanted. There has been 11 before. Rush checked and said it is possible.

finding younger judges with practical federal appellate experience. Most Supreme Court Justices come from the US Circuit Courts of Appeal, and it takes a lot of legal experience just to get to that point.

Or you could appoint unqualified hacks with literally zero courtroom experience like Obama did.

Kennedy needs to go. He is "conservative" on some issues but has shown a willingness to substitute his personal opinions on issues for legal reasoning. His same-sex marriage ruling was a case of him substituting his personal view on this issue for the Constitution and law.

I bet Ole Ruth is wishing she had retired 2 years ago

The dems will embalm her and sit her in her chair till her body is 150. The good news would be that she will never again open her mouth with her open opinion against conservatives.

We need for Kennedy and Souter to step down, especially Kennedy

Souter already retired and was replaced by Sotamayor.

Anyway, Thomas and Kennedy are a given but Alito and Roberts are getting up there in age as they are in their mid 60s and I'm not feeling too confident about them.

I want all 5 conservative justices replaced before President Trump leaves office.

yeah, been drinking tonight & fricked up on the Souter comments - happy to own it

I have to agree with you, would love for Trump to replace all of the conservative justices and RBG as a bonus

mid o late 60's is not too early to retire, and with Trump in office I feel confident we will get good replacements

So many people pissed at Roberts for purely interpreting the constitution. The federal government can levy taxes on its people. That is all that case determined. Shame on the pups for lettering it go that far.
