I thought Adams would cave and quickly apologize last year when the woke mob tried to cancel him. He didn't. Kudos to those of you who said he wouldn't. You were right. He must have eff you money.

Anyway, from his twitter account this morning.

quote:

Scott Adams @ScottAdamsSays

I finally figured out what's wrong with "everything."

It's a system problem. The introduction of Trump into the system(s) broke almost everything, and in multiple ways.

The fake news created a White Supremacist hysteria, which led to the Fine People Hoax and the George Floyd Hoax, which led to massive DEI, which led to massive systemic incompetence in all of our systems at once.

Add wokeness and cancelation and we can't discuss the issue, much less fix it. That's a system problem. The corrective mechanism (free speech) has been removed.

On top of that, the Trump experience has made it clear all of our government systems are corrupt. They probably always were, but as long as we didn't notice, things limped along okay.

Now we notice.

Now we don't accept "the science" we know is corrupt. We don't accept the omnibus bills we know are corrupt. We don't accept the foreign wars that look sketchy. We don't accept elections we can't fully audit. We don't trust the news, for good reason. We don't trust our intel services to not be agents of one party. And we see the justice departments weaponized.

While all that happened Soros found a way to take control of all American systems via funding of non-government entities and integrating them into the American systems.

But at the head of the snake is the fake news and fake science. There is no correcting mechanism.

The X platform is the only counterforce, and that's why the crooks are trying to take it out, and Musk at the same time.

He still has a long way to go through the sewer that is our current global system before he sees what’s really wrong with “everything” unfortunately.

It’s worse than most people have the capacity to imagine.

Scott has always been true to himself, right or wrong. I’ve followed him for a while and watched him wake up. Fascinating.

I've always said one of Trump's greatest accomplishments was bringing the rats out of cover and exposing just how corrupt everything is.

Many of us already knew this and some of the things we were called conspiracy theorists over have proven to be true.

I expect the corruption is so great that we will not recover from what is happening.

I'm not sure which is more likely...Scott Adams offing himself or converting to Christianity.

I'm not trying to be crass. He talks about his despair openly, and the possibility of him committing suicide.

I hope he soon realizes that systems will always fail, but Jesus never will.

What he is describing is the reaction by the managerial class to their diminishing legitimacy as described by James Burnham in 1941. It's not "Soros" or "the media." It's all of it. The entire class of managers with their boutique moral code is becoming too incompetent to rule and people are noticing.

Scott Adams took a lot of words to explain how Donald Trump's entrance in the high stakes game of D.C. politics caused a complete exposure of the corrupt DC Uniparty system while causing tens of millions of Americans to be afflicted with a yet to be officially recognized mental illness known as TDS. Trump also caused millions of Americans to display their mental fragility.

I think that’s part of it.

But the economic system we know is simply not sustainable and is thus very dependent on certain things not just being sustained, but expanded for the ride to continue.

Things like war.
Things like our IC operating in ways Americans don’t like to know or think about to soak up the tsunami of dollars we’ve printed in the last decade.

Anyone not yet willing to internalize that just the interest owed on our existing debt is not supportable within the next decade hasn’t yet processed the realities of what we face in the near term future and that’s assuming BRICS doesn’t abandon the dollar.

Trump could be elected, the swamp drained and regs lifted from industry.

Doesn’t matter. We’ve already borrowed far too much and have far too many unfunded commitments to balance our budget through increasing domestic output.

A reset is coming, it’s a question of what that entails and who is driving the ship when it happens.

He wrote ‘Win Bigly’ like six years ago and they tried to cancel him because he gave Trump a compliment.

He’s right. Many die hard Ron people were convinced they were fatigued by Trump. They were really fatigued by the reaction to Trump. And Joe Biden, who by any objective measure makes Trump look like Thomas Jefferson, is all the proof you need. There is NOTHING Trump has been accused of that Biden hasn’t been caught doing.

There is a lot of criticism of Trump mostly from the Desantis superfans. It's unrealistic for one man, one person, or even one term of the house and senate and presidency to unravel the web of crap that the swamp has created. Politicians ALL say unrealistic things to get elected. But not one of them accomplish even a fraction of their "first day" promises.

Also, I believe there is a concept of entropy in physics/science and the definition I'm referencing is:

lack of order or predictability; gradual decline into disorder.

My opinion is that liberals represent the gradual decline in our country (entropy). Once the decline has began, it is overwhelmingly and increasingly difficult to get back to a moral and prosperous place as far as politics are concerned. More originally conservative politicians adopt liberal stances than liberals adopt conservative opinions with money at the root of those adaptations. The founding fathers laid the groundwork for what they thought would be successful long term for America, but clearly the one item they didn't get particularly right in terms of the constitution is limiting how the public servants in this country can make money, or under which terms they can accept it. Either that, or it's gotten so bastardized it is far from their original intent. All of this to say, I believe that all we need in this country, is some very harsh income limiting laws for politicians, and the rest will eventually sort itself out. Term limits would also solve for a lot of issues, but I believe money would net more results than term limits.
