Let me get this straight, Rob. An absolute loon opens fire in a school, and you should to target responsible gun owners. Why not attack the actual criminal? How does it bring justice against the criminal to harm gun owners?

I think I know what it means, but I have no idea why it is relevant.
I mean, that's like putting a detail like, "The weapon's trigger had not been modified" or "The weapon was equipped with 3 dot sights."
