Elena Kagan is a judge for christsakes!
She was maximally prejudiced in the obamacare debate.
She was an advocate, not a judge.
There is zero comparison between Kagan's breech of ethics, and Nunes' attempts to protect a source.

Not to mention our former AG in the Clinton investigation after meeting with Bill. And our present FBI #2 after his wife got 700K from the Clintons and Terry Mc Asshat.

So Nunes, a former trump surrogate, is going to lead a congressional investigation on the president he campaigned for over a year and a half with?
How does that sound alright?
To my knowledge, in none of those cases was a Grand Jury even convened. In light of DOJ inaction, and in the face of acknowledgement of possible criminality, surely you'd not feel any single one of those cases was less deserving of a SP.
Show us where you exhibited concern with any of those cases.

I'm sure it's convenient for you to be able to just make up accusations like that and treat them as facts, but you have no evidence of this at all.
And how is Nunes briefing Trump on an investigation that is CENTERED on Trump protecting his source?
