That may well be the saddest garbage I've ever seen associated with the Washington Post's moniker.

GOP M/O: when hit, blame the press! Except in this case every media outlet in the country covered the Palin brawl.... Even Fox.... Albeit a scrubbed and sanitized version:

quote:

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Police say they are investigating a fight that broke out among a large crowd at a party attended by family members of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. Anchorage police spokeswoman Jennifer Castro said Friday that police responded to a report late Saturday of a verbal and physical altercation among about 20 people outside a home in south Anchorage.

Castro says she can't discuss specifics about what Palin relatives were there or what role they might have had in the brawl. She says at the time of the incident, no one wanted to press charges and no arrests were made. Castro says the case, however, remains under investigation. Palin family attorney John Tiemessen was on a hunting trip Friday and unavailable for comment.

First Rule Of Fight Club: You Don't Talk About Fight Club

quote:

As police continue investigations into a fight that broke out Saturday at a South Anchorage home, more details have emerged from a man who said he witnessed the brawl. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who some say was involved, remains silent on the issue.

Eric Thompson spoke with ABC's "Good Morning America" on Friday. He was among the 70 guests at the birthday party, he said, where he watched the fight unfold.

After the interview, a report surfaced that Thompson, an employee of McKenna Bros. Paving, had been fired for speaking to the media. The party had been held in part for company owners Marc and Matthew McKenna, party guest Charles Fryer said Thursday.

Thompson had spoken to several media outlets regarding the party, including blogger Amanda Coyne, who wrote that the Palin family had arrived at the party in a stretch Hummer limousine.

Does it surprise anyone that Princess Sarah's family is trash.

When you do a poor job of parenting while telling the rest of us how to parent.

Karma has a way of finding you.

APD confirmed something happened. Whether it was as described is as yet undetermined.

The statement from APD:

quote:

The APD released a statement on Thursday, confirming that multiple people were involved in the fight. “However, at the time of the incident, none of the involved parties wanted to press charges and no arrests were made. However, the case is still an active investigation and is being reviewed by APD and the Municipal Prosecutors Office. Alcohol was believed to have been a factor in the incident. Some of the Palin family members were in attendance at the party,” the statement said.

Again, it is too bad cell phones with cameras are not allowed in Alaska because this would be awesome footage. Of course, if there are cell phones with cameras in Alaska and no footage is out there it could be because this "incident" is being blown way out of proportion by people with a strong case of the ihatepalins...

Impossible! That would mean libs are gullible and believe anything, and they're always lecturing us about how intelligent and rational they are.

The only thing that could make this better is if it happened on the White House Lawn with Sarah as Vice President.

Is this worse than Clinton whipping out his cock in front of a few different women?

I guess all those witnesses at the party that have spoken to the press are weird palin haters that invented whole cloth lies about them being there and being involved.

quote:

But several witnesses said the trouble started when Track Palin, Mrs. Palin’s son, confronted a former boyfriend of his sister Willow and a fight broke out. Before long Mrs. Palin’s husband, Todd, who also races snowmobiles and was also celebrating a birthday (his 50th), was said to have gotten involved in the fighting. Later, according to witnesses, Bristol Palin, one of Mrs. Palin’s daughters, threw several punches at the owner of the house where the party was being held.

Fox took a surprisingly restrained approach to the story - at least acknowledging their presence.

Clinton agreed to settle with Paula Jones, who said he exposed himself to her, for $850,000. He then was found in civil contempt of court for misleading testimony in the case.

Keep rationalizing though.

No, but I know he's trying to figure how this is worse than what Clinton did.

I mean I'd hate for my liberal arse to beat you down like you stole something from me.

That would be the ultimate embarrassment for an extreme right wing tough guy such as yourself.
