Feinstein's accusations of FBI interference in a Senate investigation (at the behest of the WH) is pretty big. But no one is paying much attention to that.

Strong women don't quit their public office because the media is mean to them.

You mean like finishing her term as governor as opposed to following the all mighty dollar.

This. She is irrelevant and the fact that she was so close to being elected into office is a sign of how fricked we all truly are.

I hate when it becomes cool to hate somebody. Palin is what she is. Take her or leave her. I view her as no different than any number of right-wing Fox News contributors. No better or no worse. She's a female Sean Hannity.

I think she makes some good points, but it would be a terrible idea politically.

I hope all the right wing nuts keep calling for his impeachment up to the November elections - I say go for it.

She is dumb as a rock. Being a straight shooter with an IQ of 100 is not a great characteristic.

So did she offer as to what impeachable offense Obama has committed?

Obama without question deserves it, but as Pat Buchanan wrote the other day, it's a very unwise move.

No. One of her closing remarks in that piece was there were many things to impeach him over, but didn't detail any of those many things.

But she's a straight shooter.

The constitutional grounds for impeachment, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" does not necessarily mean violations of specific criminal laws.

The framers based the language on British impeachment grounds which had general categories of impeachable conduct developed over hundreds of years. Here are some:

* corruption

* betrayal of trust

* abuse of official power

* neglect of duty

* encroachment on Parliament's prerogatives

* misapplication of funds
