Sam Harris is Annoying AF, but his new podcast episode is a home run. I highly recommend.

It is entitled “ The Bright Line between Good and Evil”. It came out 5/6 days ago. It concerns the Israel-Hamas war. He says some stupid things because like Bill Maher he can’t quite give the doctrinaire Lefty atheist smarter- than- you -calling-out-the-good-guys stuff up. But, 95% is excellent. If the moral confusion and idiocy of the current moment is bothering you , give it a listen as you work in the fields today. It’s a well expressed, albeit flawed, shot of moral clarity from The Left. Specifically, as it applies to Jihadism.

I'd feel a lot more optimistic about that podcast if Sam Harris had any kind of philosophical basis for "good" or "evil" instead of whatever he personally feels like on a given day.

I used to enjoy listening to some of his stuff and debates with Jordan Peterson, but although I’m no Super Trumper, his Derangement Syndrome really took the cake.

Hardly surprising that Sam Harris would take an opportunity to reaffirm his anti-Jihadi stance. Right or wrong, he is dogged in his commitment to his positions.

Roger, I enjoy it more than most when Lefties get mugged by reality. And the moral idiocy and moral cowardice of the Hamas Cheerleader Tik Tok Left has legitimately made me wonder if Western culture can survive. That's why I was surprised to hear his OVERALL presentation of this issue, seeing as he has always been overtly anti-Israel and anti-Christian. It appears he has had a moment of semi-moral-clarity. Primarily, it's something to listen to and send to the random Lefty in your life.

I loved the End of Faith.
But somewhere along the way he started enjoying the smell of his own farts too much.
He isn't consistent in his views anymore, and his "ends justify the means" philosophy to end the MAGA/Nationalist movement in favor of Globalism was the last straw for me.
