The transcript from yesterday's meeting and I don't see where The NY Times lied. He says he wants to move on and work on solving issues instead of prosecuting her, he says there's some connection between man and climate change, etc. Read through the whole thing, they come back to Hillary a lot.

He specifically discusses the scientists making up warming numbers (also known as hoaxing) and says both sides claim to have the facts. He's committed to clean air, water and removing job killing regulations... NO CHANGE in his position.
When asked if he was taking prosecution off the table he said NO...
So they lied...

Look I don't believe in human made climate change at all.
I do believe there is some connection though. Which is all he said. I believe we have a very minimal effect. Farts do not effect climate.
Him just saying that he thinks there is some, and he has an open mind about it. That statement is a phrase I would use as well. It keeps climate nuts happy without going full potato. All the while you still think it's mostly bullshite.

The NY Times tweeted that he said he wasn't taking prosecution off the table. They also tweeted that he said he didn't want to hurt the Clintons and wants to move on. They also tweeted that he said that there is a connection between man and climate change. They used his exact words.
