He's spent almost the whole 1st hour explaining why the GOPe won't give up their power to Trump and that's resulting in Dem success in obstruction.

Reading between the lines Rush is calling for Trump to act autocratically to do what the American people elected him to do. How he would do that is anybody's guess.

He's got a point.

What's the point of voting for Republicans if they can't deliver?

Trump has to build some type of wall, that is the nonstarter about this budget.

If he can he should do it without Congress funding.

And how is going to build a wall without federal funding?

I too am very disappointed in the GOP congress and especially the senate.

The voters need to recognize we need new leadership in Washington and to start voting the old guard out. I believe we need term limits. I am sick of the RINO's of the GOP.

What he should do is modify his stance from wall to fence and then get on tv everyday screaming about the pussy Paul Ryan not securing funding to pay for the fence which Congress already voted for.

I'm not a big Rush fan, but in this case, he's right, Paul Ryan and other House GOPers need to wake the frick up. Trump got a mandate last November, and those assholes have not delivered one thing he , and by extension his voters, wanted.

good for Rush.

I think Trump needs to do a rally and call out the GOPe very diplomatically and put the congressional hotline number on his podium.

Not really, Z; more like that Trump should WRITE the Legislation/Budget...and then present it to Congress for debate/passage. Rush says that it is NOT Congressional Staff that writes the stuff, but rather K-St. lobbyists/funders.

If this is true, the Trump needs to get Gingrich in there ASAP to ramp up for the Fall Budget/ *Government shutdown*) BS.

Aside, I heard Beck say that Justice Kennedy was stepping down. Ram through another Conservative; damn the Dems...don't need em'.

No surprise. The public handed both houses of Congress to the Republicans because they were sick of Obama and Democratic overreach. Nothing much changed.

That's what led to Trump IMO. Complete disgust with the established hierarchy of both parties.

He should. They've spent this whole time with their hands in their pants. They're no better than the party they booted. It's a real shame.

The K-Street lobbyists/funders are not going to stop having influence on the GOPe. And a govt shut down frightens the GOPe more than anything.
The only thing that will move them is certainty that they will lose the next election. The ones in the Senate aren't scared of that. The ones in the House only have to worry about a less funded GOP challenger since the folks mad at them for not following Trump aren't going to vote Dem.

For one, so the libs don't have control pushing 8 more years of Barry's agenda down our throats. A pause is better than light speed into oblivion.

There's no difference in Repubs and Dems on any ideological level. They're the same party.
