The whole D caucus can blame themselves. When Frist tried to go nuclear, enough institutionalists in the GOP caucus rebelled and he couldn't do it.

Trump should nominate the most conservative judge there is out there. Someone who is in the mold of Scalia, Thomas and Alito who vote 100% right!!
