The point would be that they decided to fire him and then asked Rosenstein to come up with a reason.

Small potatoes since Trump already admitted it.

Not only is it small potatoes, it isn't even unusual. I can think of 3 occasions where my superiors wanted an underling gone from their command and they ordered me to come u with an officially palatable reason for doing so.

it isn't even a little out of the ordinary, exce[t TRUUMP

By your logic, everyone knows Trump and the Russians are connected. See how I did that? See how I made a definative statement with no proof? See how I did exactly what you just did?

Yep! Do you also see how the DEMOCRATS & MSM are doing that. very. thing.

OK, thanks. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. That's what I thought. All this faux outrage:

There's a reason for that. If your Superior, let's call him Don, was previously accused of sexual harrassment by a previous employee... He would like to fire the hot, but totally inept, blond with the nice rack. Due to circumstances, he has to be very careful in documenting why he is firing her. So you do just that and write up a memo.

Now when he is interviewed by HR a day later, instead of sticking to the script, he says he was going to fire her for other reasons. Then he makes several unfortunate comments about her cup size and her mini skirts.

Do you see where the problem starts? Don has to have a solid reason for firing her because he needs to keep clear of a very specific reason for firing her. Yet he can't stick to one story.
