Are you implying that you would support it? Yes, it would cause a yuge backlash, rightfully so. Roy Moore is not a constitutionalist. There is a reason he has been removed from the bench twice...in the state of Alabama. If a person is too loony toon right wing extremist for the state of Alabama then that person should reexamine his life.
