Romney sounds just like Poly Board libertarians when it comes to throwing away their votes.

So why did Trump decide to endorse Romney for Senate anyway? He didn't do it late either, he did it right after Romney announced in February, months before the Primary. Romney had a challenger that beat him in the State Convention results but Trump's endorsement pushed Romney into the easy W for the Senate seat.

About 2 seconds after he was elected Romney of course went back to being Romney and Trump has tried to act like he never endorsed him or said:

quote:

@MittRomney has announced he is running for the Senate from the wonderful State of Utah. He will make a great Senator and worthy successor to @OrrinHatch , and has my full support and endorsement!

Said more precisely....,

quote:

"I would probably be getting behind somebody who I thought more represented the Corporatocracy and D.C. LWO Uniparty that I represent,”

Don’t you have a running list of people on this board who are members of that tiny wing?

Utah state House Speaker Brad Wilson launched an exploratory committee A month or so ago.
He’d be good.
Everyone I know would vote for him.

[quote]"I'm going to make a decision over the course of the next few months as I go around the state and listen to what people are looking for," he said Thursday in an interview with FOX 13 News. "What I believe is in the best interest of the state of Utah and what’s in the best interest of my family."
