Roe opponents, what do you really, really want?

Would you be content with reversal of Roe, or do you want an Amendment to the US Constitution to prohibit abortion?
In other words, do you simply believe that it is a federalism issue, with each state to chart its own course? Or do you want to impose your views nationwide?
I'll go first. I oppose Roe, because it is an awful decision, jurisprudentially. I support abortion rights, but live in Texas and fully-understand that Texas will ban all abortions about 25 seconds after Roe is overturned. Nonetheless, I think that this IS a federalism question and that it should be answered in each state, for the residents of that state.
Go.

This is my stance.

We are The United States.
Each state should decide most of everything.

Yes. Leave it up to each individual state. The citizens of Oklahoma, for example, do not need or want to be governed the same way that citizens of California or New York.
I want federalism for most things in this country. For some reason, leftists don't like this.

This.
And it's what the SC ruling is.

Why make this thread? You’re on this board often. You already know almost everyone here believes in the federalist stance.

Murder is already illegal.
My position on it,
Take pill within 48 hours $50
Go to doctor to get pill after 48 hours
Don’t kill late term babies
*what you do in your life isn’t my business as long as I’m not financing it, which then becomes my business.

I want it to be outlawed everywhere. But what I want and what is possible with our current system of government are two separate things. So let California be California and let Texas be Texas and people can live where they choose.

If this is really all the right wants, we really are lost as a society. There is nothing redeemable in a society that kills its weakest members for convenience. Democracy isn't worth this.

10th Amendment Issue. The hard blue states can have their depravity.

I want both...with mothers life exceptions.
I don't think abortion is any different than murder and should be treated as such
There are too many options to keep you from getting pregnant in the first place. This is a personal responsibility issue

I want it up to states to decide.
A constitutional amendment will never pass in this country. Best we will get is legislating it at the state level.
If California wants to summon Moloch, I don’t like it but they can do that shite in California. Louisiana can have it be considered felony murder if they so wish.

I believe it should be up to the states. I also believe abortion is a barbaric, immoral act that reflects poorly on the ethics of the states that condone it.

Here's Adrian Vermeule, a proponent of Catholic theocracy in America, arguing for a "right to life" constitutional amendment:

The pro-life movement is evolving. The argument here is that abortion must not be left to the states even if Roe is overruled. Rather, national constitutional law must recognize a fundamental human right to life.
