But the NYT blatantly lied about it and downplayed it by saying that the shooter's ties weren't as significant as Loughners. They published bad info, on purpose, that was debunked years ago.
In other words, what we're talking about definitely happened in relation to the baseball shooting and Dallas, etc.

What's really odd is how interested you are in talking about shite that happened two months ago instead of shite that happened YESTERDAY. Does the nutjob who shot Steve Scalise somehow excuse what the nutjob yesterday did? A reasonable person would say no, I think. The antifa extremist dipshits and the shrill SJW dipshits who think that a white guy opening up a taco truck is racist are a problem, yes. It was pushed aside quickly. And the night of the shooting, major liberal media outlets were pushing falsehoods and moral equivalency arguments.
That's why reasonable conservatives have knee jerk reactions to stuff like yesterday. Because major Democratic politicians go on TV and say we use dangerous, hateful rhetoric, then they shoot out tweets like "Republicans don't think minorities and women deserve to live, we must resist at all costs!!!" (as if one of their own hadn't just shot up a ballpark in their name).
