We still hear a lot about it in Louisiana.

And this happened yesterday.

That was single lunatic vs. hundreds of Nazi's and White Supremacists whom Donald Trump doesn't even have the nerve to call out.

And hundreds of violent leftist who came looking for a fight and pushing out videos and push cards stating their intentions.

Both sides are filled with crazy fricks. It's not an either or issue.

1. Hundreds drove that car?

2. Trump called them out.

Yes, there is a double standard

But your reaction to a white supremacist trying to kill a bunch of people simply can't be "but what about!!!"

I legitimately think it's difficult NOT to do that, so I'm not blaming you. But it's not constructive and it's a fricked up way to go through life. I'm talking about myself here too, I don't want to become a person so jaded by politics and media bias that I'm hesitant to criticize Nazis and feel compelled to caveat my criticism with whataboutism

Yeah, and this board talked about it as long as the media did.

Are you calling republican congressmen nazis and white supremacists?

The identity politics needs to stop, all these stupid ignorant groups between the KKK, Antifa, BLM all need to be condemned not just one in particular, playing to certain groups of people

Until we can all get on the same page with that its never going to end

The odd part is that after an FBI investigation, and even though a hit list was found on him and numerous social media post revealed that he was clearly a leftists and anti Trump type, they concluded that he wasn't targeting any particular group.

Was that actually an official finding? I remember some suggestions of that in media, especially early, but everything else was pretty clear that he was targeting the GOP

It's incredible that .01% on both sides are completely controlling the national discourse on things of this nature.

You can be as blood red conservative as you want and still condemn, without bullshite qualifiers, a fricking Neo Nazi plowing into a crowd. Same in reverse with the Scalise shooter. Even on a message board where 70% of you are playing at least highly exaggerated and unfiltered versions of yourselves, if not outright characters.

Threads like these make me think TX Tiger is onto something at times.

Maybe the group he was targeting was just the Government, and not certain sides of it.

ETA: I'm saying that the republicans may have, in fact, been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe it didn't matter to him if they'd have been dems either.

I'd give this a good 0.001% chance of a possibility. But I like options.

There are some things that I can actually agree with those Right Wing marchers about. There is a double standard when it comes to white Christians and especially males. Bash us all you want. But you think those guys would learn how the game is played.

The Left took the actions of one lunatic , Dylan Roof, and used his crime as justification to erase history.

The Pro Crackers had won the day yesterday. They went through the legal process and got a permit to march, and for the most part peacefully did so until set upon by the state police and ANTIFA. Had, once again, ONE sick bastard not done as he did, they would have torn Mc Auliffe and the Mayor a new one tomorrow in Federal Court and could have been seen as the victims here.
