I bought a place in Pompano Beach. Every winter I look for that younger Monica Lewinsky, that much like Yossarian, I tragically yearned for.

As a 5th Amendment waiver? What are you talking about?

In addressing previous testimony, previous actions, alternate evidence, etc. we are talking basis of waiver, not waiver. Waiver itself arises in testimony regarding the basis.

In discussing whether or not Lerner waived her 5th Amendment rights in front of Issa's committee, you keep bringing up prior testimony in front of other bodies or statements made out of court. That's irrelevant to the issue of whether she made incriminating statements in front of Issa's committee, waiving her 5th Amendment rights.

What were Lerner, Miller, et al implying in using the term "rogue" ?

You chose to skirt the question before.

And I'm telling you again I don't care what they meant by that. I don't agree with the characterization based on what I've learned about what was going on.

It's not a "they." It's a "she."

Lerner was the person who first used that term in her congressional testimony before, you know, she decided not to testify and plead the 5th once she knew she had been caught lying.

Not insofar as her Issa testimony falsely characterized the previous testimony.

In other words, you choose to dodge the question . . . again.

Certainly your prerogative, Decatur.
As you're a bright guy, you know I'll keep asking.

I believe you know why.

Decatur, do you ever get tired of having to pretend to believe lies in order to support Obama?

I've often wondered this myself. How much do you have to lie to yourself to believe this pres. isn't a complete laughable failure at every level? How in the world anybody believe Liberal policies would ever work in this country is beyond me. I mean nothing this admin has done has been honest, successful, or transparent and yet there are still people like Decatur.
