This is a classic example is everybody around a person being too afraid to say the obvious.
Her Theory simultaneously denigrates racism while promoting racism. Denigrates genocide while promoting genocide. And just in general depicts white people as both the victims and the oppressor while simultaneously depicting blacks as neither
Your average 4th grader could spot the problem

Your refutation of her positions is stated much better than I could say. That being said, her ideas are being used as basis for all sorts of erroneous tactics from the public at large, to elected officials and business leaders.
It is simply accepted as being correct.
Understand, I'm wanting to shine a light on the roots of a fallacy that is rotting our country.

If you watch her videos - she states that evidence of White Supremacy can be noticed in sports very clearly. She says, notice how the white ball wins when it kills the black ball. Also notice how the white ball (sports white people play) are always small in size. And notice how the black balls (sports black people play) are large in size.
