So in your OP you state they allegedly told Trump to GFHS, then when asked for a link supporting that statement you request a link saying they did not?

What will eventually come out of all of this - Trump was told there was nothing there and that Comey was wasting agency resources running a dog and pony show. Comey will claim he had a duty to continue the investigation until every stone had been turned. Tomorrow starts the process. These two will pull the rug out from under Comey.

He hasn't said a word to backup Trump, he hasn't denied being asked. So I guess you are speculating that Trump's request never happened. Meanwhile, here's the report:
