Your question isnt correct. The legal driver, in this scenario, is stoked to run over a protester. That is more psycho...sorry but you're a dolt if you cant see that

Good.

Why should a driver who may have family in their cat wait to figure out if they are going to be the next people drug out of their cars?

I don't want to run them over but, if they are in my way, I want to run them over more than I want to be their next victim.

You'll note. When they drag people out of cars, they aren't asking for voter registrations. I can guarantee you some of their victims have been anti trump people

There's a big difference between trying to slow-roll through the crowd and plowing through them.

Let's just be clear about that.

I'm sure as Hell not going to slow roll through a bunch of rioters blocking a road and allow them to attack my vehicle. They could possibly injure my family, me, or damage my paint or glass.

Let's just be clear about that.

I notice that only the leftists on the board have a problem with this bill.

Is it because you all know you're the only pieces of shite out there being a danger to public safety?

That doesn't change the current laws.

A driver who uses "due care" isn't liable to protesters now.

We've seen video of people pulled out of slow ruling cars.

We've seen video of objects being thrown through the windows if slow rolling cars.

If my family is in the car and confronted by one of these type crowds, the ONLY priority is the people in my car and anyone asserting otherwise is insane.

Look. I wouldn't "enjoy" running them over. But, THEY made the choice. They can't claim "but we were peaceful". I'm not psychic and it's not my job to be psychic. This shite isn't happening in a vacuum. These people can't pretend they have no idea why a perfectly rational person would feel threatened.

If it's between putting my family in danger or risking jail, that's not even a slightly tough decision.

There is an obvious difference between hand-holding line of protesters blocking a road and a group of protesters that stop the car and then surround it.

Once they give an indication that hey are a threat to the occupants in the car, all bets are off.

Agreed.

But the second those hand holders start walking towards my car, the situation changes.

So yeah. I'm not going to seek to run them over. But the onus us on THEM to ensure they don't seems a dangerous signal.

Cause again. They can't pretend they're unaware of what's been going on

Once again this board shows that most Repulicans have the same mentality as ISIL terrorist. Because both groups have celebrated those with whom they disagree with getting run over by a vehicle. Disgusting to see Republican like this, bit not shocking one bit.

Why did you make that reply to me? I'm not a Republican.

Republicans believe in allowing liberals to continue thieving oxygen and contaminating the nation. I don't.

Wow that's retarded. I can't wait till westboro protests in Tennessee. See how it works? I could run down those alt right loons

If you're in the road "protesting", I could give a shite if you're white, black, KKK, BLM, Westboro, etc.

And fact, I haven't seen a single person on this board ever defend Westboro. They picket soldier's funerals for god's sake.

i feel like you tards live in bizarro world or something.

poliboard wet dream:
1) driving to the store
2) see commotion in front of you
3) realize they are protesting
4) accelerate and plow through them to "protect my family"

normal human being:
1) driving to the store
2) see commotion in front of you and slow down
3) realize they are protesting
4) slow down, lock doors, put hazards on, honk horn, crawl forward.. and as unlikely as it is.. if a reasonable threat to you or your family appears.. then it's snow shovel time until your family is safe

The law will not change for criminal charges. Your scenario is law breaking and only applies to verifiable protests.
