FWIW: I just watched the entire 30 minutes of that video.

How anyone can mitigate anything they did is beyond comprehension. Without question, a hate crime in addition to all of the serious felonies (kidnapping, assault) they committed.

Does the blonde guy in the back have asbergers or something? Why does he keep doing that head wobble thing?

They will all spend the remainder of their earthy lives locked in a super max prison

The kidnapping charge alone is mandatory 6 to 30....aggravated by committing the crime against a disabled person. Even if a judge wanted to give them the bare minimum on just that one charge, its a minimum of 6 years....no discretion....Again just kidnapping not including the assault, hate crime, grand theft etc.

I will never understand why we need to waste the money to keep them there. Kill them and be done with it. They aren't worth the expense, and have given up whatever rights they think they might have had to still exist in society and the human race.

I find this comforting.

It's against state law. IMO death is the easy way out. Let them rot and die slowly

Considering the kidnapping charge is linked to particularly heinous crimes I could easily see a judge giving the 4 of them triple digit sentences

If there were ever a case to be made to bring it back...

They don't deserve to live... they deserve nothing more than to die slowly and painfully. And then be tossed out like the trash that they are.
