The power to legislate was supposed to belong with the Congress. Can't get enough support to pass legislation? Too bad. That never should have been circumvented in favor of the administrative state. It's supposed to be a severely limited federal government, not a government that is able to enforce every "good" idea it comes up with via rule makings.

We both know the rules you are talking of exist because of legislation that was passed. The regulatory agency creates rules or standards designed to meet the lawful requirement.

Im not a lawyer but I have the misfortune of working with them regularly. I do natural resource regulatory work. For the most part I think we have pretty fricking solid regs. Perhaps a little on the lenient side but defensible in court from both sides.

The real crooks aren't the regulatory agencies or the people actually doing the work... it's the scumbag politicians and lawyers who dismantle useful regulations on behalf of lobbies for massive paychecks and campaign contributions.. and their constituents love it

So this poster asked for a list of regulations that are specifically listed in the OP's link.

I'm getting the vibe that most on the Left are going to complain about "Trumpkins" without reading the article that the OP's link.

Those would be a few items the Trump admin cares about. I want to know which regs his base (you) want to axe.
