Trump heading up a parliamentary forum would be amazing. Heads would explode.

You realize that negotiating in Congress is just about corrupt kickbacks to the members.

If it was a business, it would be like work team members 100% negotiating the money they are stealing instead of creating a business solution to make the business better.

Then you too would a fairly-ineffective Speaker of the House.

Are you saying Pelosi was effective? If you believe so, how did she help her Master, the American citizen?

He's expected to lend his public support to Rep Jim Jordan of Ohio.

If so, then I may have to look elsewhere. This is a very rare opportunity for a person to really set the record straight.

I do not see POTUS Trump walking away from it. I do know he will be blamed for the coming economic tsunami or the painful decisions he must make to prevent it.

Incredible miss by the Republican Party if they don’t put Trump in the spot.

According to current house rules (defined by the republicans), it’s not possible. Look at rule 13b, I think.

The caveat is house rules aren't laws, they're self enforced, and dont have the weight of the court. Also being self imposed, they'll just ignore it.

It'll get investigated by the ethic committee and they'll send a warning, which doesnt mean shite. Maybe some fines, which I'm sure Trump would gladly pay.

How would that do anybody any good, including Trump?

How about some prosecutorial immunity while speaker?

His cases would have to wait.
