First they resend out the media survey because they got answers they didn't like, and now they ban certain news outlets from the White House because they are mean to Trump. Poor president snowflake.
ETA: I guess stomping all over the bill of rights is something Obama and Trump have in common.

Original thought. Would read again.
And yet you claim to be a libertarian. LOL.

This will result in a rigorous and stimulating discussion and certainly not a breakdown in civility and name-calling. Good post.

I'm a libertarian and believe Trump has been behaving like a petulant child. How are these two positions inherently incompatible?
And for the record, I'd like to see Trump do well. The current political paradigm makes it much more likely that libertarians co-opt the Republican party than the Democratic party. As such, I'd appreciate it if Trump didn't completely shite the bed and set the party back a decade, like Bush did.
Bush being a frick up gave us Obama. Obama being a frick up gave us Trump. How do people not understand the pendulum swing is a rejection of the prior ruling party's abuses, and that by copying them in a never ending game of gotcha, you're simply ensuring that the pendulum keeps swinging?

Holy shite this is my new SIG quote. Smarter words have never been said.

It's almost like democracy leads to emotional, tribalistic reactions that keep half of the public in a state of disgust while the most important aspects of governance remain the same.

People do understand that. That's why immigration was THE issue this election, because the Left wants to stack the deck so the pendulum can't swing back.

We need to preserve Hoppe's genetic material for future generations.
I think I've asked you this before, but have you looked at any of the word salad from Curt Doolittle? It's difficult at times to get a clear message (he's a total aspie) but what you can is absolutely wonderful.

I saw a link once that showed as the government moved one way, there was a perfect opposite reaction to the other side. It went cackling decades, to the 30s.
The petulence is out of hand. Obama talking down to people gave us Trump, Trump's excessive insults will give us someone to the left.

Yea because a government functioning with no accountability to the public is an awesome idea.
