Arpaio needs to be pardoned. He got railroaded by Obama for enforcing federal law.
Wikipedia says hello.

In February 2010, Pima County Superior Court Judge John S. Leonardo found that Arpaio "misused the power of his office to target members of the Board of Supervisors for criminal investigation"

As of June 2014, costs to Maricopa County taxpayers related to Arpaio's and Thomas's failed corruption investigations exceeded $45 million, not including staff time.

An analysis by the Maricopa County Office of Management and Budget, completed in April 2011, found Arpaio had misspent almost $100 million over the previous 5 years.

So I made posts supported by facts that are matter of public record. You post how a known pedophile enabler is your champion. I truly feel sorry that you so clearly had your arse handed to you by facts.

Does it make you feel better to like your own posts. Does it make you feel like you won? Whatever helps but you're not fooling anyone.

if Trump pardons Joe Arpaio on live TV
Pardon at this stage would be a poor decision for several reasons.

First, it involves unnecessary use of valuable political capital by Trump. Emphasis on the term "unnecessary", in fact potentially harmful to Arpaio's reputation.

Secondly, implies guilt. Many legal experts say the verdict is wrongly rendered.

Third, Arpaio’s attorneys repeatedly sought and were repeatedly denied a jury trial. This case simply must be appealed.

Fourth, Arpaio faithfully followed legal advice on matters highly questionable and interpreted by the court in the worst possible way for Arpaio. Again, appearances of a Kangaroo Court abound. It demands appeal.

Fifth, sentencing has not been assigned. If Arpaio's sentence is suspended, or is a few weeks of house arrest, there in no rush on pardon.

How can that happen in a criminal trial? The constitution guarantees it to any citizen

Good question!
Apparently the claim is that if potential sentencing is limited to six-months or less, jury trial can be denied.

Sounds unConstitutional as hell to me.
