SOTU will be done via written report by the end of March. Sleepy Joe and Crazy Nancy will want to take a victory lap when things open up at the end of this year so it'll be the 3rd or 4th Tuesday in January 2022. (Hopefully we have 100+ Joe Wilsons calling out their bullshite.) It will be fun to watch McCarthy year up his speech and chuck it to the right in 2023.

The President does not have to give a State of the Union speech. He merely needs to present to Congress a State of the Union. It can be just a document read into the record.
