why draw the line at city employees?
that seems rather convenient...to take civilian's money , and then give the public servants, errr city employees a paid vacation to pretend they knew a single slave or Floyd?

As long as there isn’t a single federal dollar spent on it or used to replace those funds, I don’t give a shite

Damn. Portland doing the heavy lifting in terms of oppression. I thought slavery, segregation, etc... ended centuries and decades ago. Portland has been keeping it strong for 400 years! I guess if you're good at something, stick with it.

Yeah, problem is the money comes from somewhere, which they replace with money from somewhere else, which eventually results in their need for more Federal money to pave their streets, build their sidewalks, build a ballfield, or whatever...
